Delivery

0 - 4kg parcels will be sent via Royal Mail (from £1.40 to £7.80), applies to all UK addresses.

4 - 25kg parcels sent via courier £8.00, over 25kg parcels will be charged at a rate of £8.00 per 25kg, applies to mainland UK only.

Non mainland addresses will incur a £10 delivery surcharge per 25kg.

Local orders will be delivered by our local van delivery service free of charge (minimum order values apply). Our local van delivery operates in the Cleveland area (most TS post codes). £10 minimum order for delivery to TS1, TS2, TS3, TS4, TS5, TS7, TS8, TS10, TS17 and TS18, £50 minimum order for all other TS post codes, except TS staithes and sedgefield).

Our couriers operate a 1 - 3 day service and parcels are despatched and delivered Monday to Friday only (except Bank Holidays). If you require shipping to other destinations or you require a next day service please contact us and we will be happy to quote price and availability (we will need to know the details of products you require and your required destination).

We endeavour to ship orders as soon as possible, usually the day following receipt of order. However, you should allow up to 7 days to receive your order to allow for busy periods and/or stock shortages.

Please remember that product weights are less than shipping weights - there is a shipping estimator on each product page and in the cart so you can easily determine the cost of your order before you checkout. If we are able to ship the parcel cheaper than quoted due to the configuration of the parcel(s) we will refund or amend the invoice to reflect this saving.

In the event that shipping is incorrectly quoted we would advise you of any changes.
