With the Harry Dabbs Dragonfly Reins your horse or pony will be able to adopt the correct outline more quickly. Dragonfly Reins prevent the bit from being pulled through the mouth when pressure is applied to either rein, making bending much easier. Dragonfly Reins wil keep the bit balanced, often reducing or eliminating head tossing.
Downward transitions and halting become more balanced because Dragonfly Reins keeps the pressure in the mouth more even.
Dragonfly Reins tend to straighten out the horse when going forward. By applying pressure on either rein, this will encourage the hind leg to follow through straightening the whole body
