Johnston and Jeff Niger Seed
Niger seed has a high nutrient value and a favourable amino acid pattern, and is the same seed used by breeders of canaries and British birds to help prevent egg binding.
These seeds are very high in natural oils and fats and are particularly loved by finches, especially goldfinches.
Niger seed can be fed on its own or added to other feed mixes on tables or in feeders.
We recommend offering Niger seed in a niger seed feeder for best results.
Small parcels are sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class or Standard Parcel service with delivery charges starting at £2.45 up to £9.70 for parcels weighing up to 4kg. This service covers most areas of the UK.
Parcels over 2kg and up to 30kg can be sent by either Yodel or City Link at rates of £4.99, £6.99 or £8.99, dependent on the product type, weight and size or the parcel. Surcharges apply to remote and non-mainland areas.
